Sr. Manager, Benefits

Lupin is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits to design, manage, and deliver comprehensive employee benefit programs. This role focuses on competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits offerings. The position oversees all aspects of the benefits lifecycle, from program design and administration to vendor management and employee support, emphasizing a people-centric approach with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Design and manage US health, welfare, and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, HSA/FSA, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead 401(k) plan administration and ERISA/DOL reporting.
• Oversee FMLA, disability, personal leave, and return-to-work processes.
