Job Description
Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support Store Management. This role involves driving sales, customer experience, brand building, product knowledge, team development, and operational excellence. The Floor Leader will be the face of the store, leading a team and exceeding sales goals while maintaining a positive and fun work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
