Job Description
Luster is seeking BIM Modeler to support large infrastructure projects. This role involves developing and maintaining 3D BIM models using software such as Bentley OpenBuildings and Revit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in BIM and a passion for transforming complex designs into usable models. Applications are accepted before positions are filled and those selected will be activated in a talent pool for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- AAS degree in computer aided drafting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for heavy civil construction or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and multi-disciplinary coordination workflows.
- Proficiency with Bentley OpenBuildings/AECOsim, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and/or Autodesk BIM 360 (Construction Cloud).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.
