Job Description
Luster is seeking a Program Master Scheduler to oversee the timeline for large infrastructure projects like highways and airports. This role involves coordinating project schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects stay on track. The ideal candidate will possess excellent scheduling, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a proactive approach to schedule management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 15+ years’ progressive experience in project scheduling for heavy civil rail transit projects
- Proven success in interpreting design drawings, specifications, BIM models, and translating them into activities.
- Proficiency with schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Primavera Risk, Deltek Acumen Fuse, @Risk) and analytical skills.
