Job Description
Luster is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support large infrastructure projects. This role focuses on cost control, financial oversight, and the management of projects funded by government agencies such as the Transportation Department, FAA, and state DOTs. The analyst will collaborate with teams to align data and contribute to project milestones and budget management for complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budget.
- Prepare cost reports.
- Collaborate with scheduling, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Support earned value management.
- Identify cost-related risks and mitigate plans.
- Evaluate cost impacts of change orders.
- Interface with government clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Participate in audits and reviews.
