Job Description
Luster is seeking Quality Managers at various levels to support large-scale infrastructure programs like highways, bridges, and transit. These positions focus on overseeing program or project-level quality practices, including management, assurance, control, and implementation of projects based on both traditional and alternative methods.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and/or maintain Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Establish and manage QA/QC plans for design and delivery.
- Oversee quality inspections and nonconformance reporting.
