Sales Director | Post Acute and Long Term Care Admissions

Start a new career as the Sales Director at our Skilled Nursing Community! As a dynamic Sales Director, you will drive sustained occupancy growth in our Skilled Nursing Community by partnering with hospitals, discharge planners, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions and timely admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or at least four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• At least four years of consultative/high-touch sales experience, preferably in senior living or skilled nursing.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures related to staff and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to leadership, public groups, and boards.
• Ability to respond professionally and compassionately to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Effective team-building and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and obtain cooperation from individuals and groups.
• Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of hospitality, first impressions, and customer-focused service excellence.
