Job Description
Join Trinity Glen as a 3rd shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to make a difference in the lives of residents. You will work in a supportive and caring environment, positively impacting the lives of others. As a CNA, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional care, documenting ADLs accurately, and reporting changes in residents' conditions.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Commitment to completing continuing education as required to maintain certification
- Physical capacity to meet the demands of the position, including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents and team members effectively and compassionately
