Job Description
The Direct Service Professional (DSP) oversees residents' behavior, assists with tasks, and provides emotional support. The DSP works as part of a treatment team to develop and implement residential plans and participates in training. They must supervise residents, prepare meals, and report daily living and behavior.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED with one year experience in human services field
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 21
