Job Description
Lutheran Services Carolinas is seeking a full-time Case Manager to work with Unaccompanied Children in North and South Carolina. The position requires fluency in Spanish and involves conducting home visits, providing case management, and connecting children to community services. Travel is expected to be around 75-80% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other relevant degree
- At least one year experience in child welfare or trafficking survivors
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent clinical and crisis intervention skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
