Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Youth Care Specialist to make an impact in the lives of others. The role involves supervising youth ages 10-17, providing quality care, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• 1 year experience working with youth/troubled youth in an organized/structured setting
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Dependability, discretion, and good judgement
• Ability to establish effective relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public
• Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs
