Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS, you will provide guidance and encouragement, build purposeful relationships with individuals, and advocate for them in all aspects of their life. You will also maintain documentation and participate in periodic meetings/training according to regulations and LSS standards.

- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to successfully pass a DHS background check
