DSP Lead-$1500 HIRING BONUS

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Lead, you will assist in the development and monitoring of individual plans and monitor client files to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will ensure a safe and secure environment and address any unsafe situations that might arise.

Requirements

• Experience working with vulnerable populations
• Experience and/or training of at least one year with individuals with disabilities
• Medication administration training (may be obtained after hire)
• First Aid training and CPR Certificate (may be obtained after hire)
• Mental Health Certification or other related certification (may be obtained after hire)
• Background Study (BGS) clearance
• Driver's license
• Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to read, write and use computer
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to recognize boundaries
• Ability to suggest and implement strategies to enhance the service
• Computer skills that support LSS technology
• Patience, self-control, and flexibility
