Home Visitor

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is a dynamic social service organization serving children, youth and families. The Home Visitor position conducts visits within a family's community to optimize the health and development of young children, providing support, advocacy, and service coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum AA degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Education, Human Services, or related field
• Two years of experience working with children and/or families in diverse communities
• Bilingual (Karen, Hmong, Somali, or Spanish)
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
• Maintain a valid driver's license, current car insurance, and use of personal vehicle for agency business
