LUTZ + GRUB ACADEMY GmbH is seeking an IT Trainer/Lecturer/Instructor to share their expertise and support individuals on their path to professional excellence in system integration. The role involves training participants in funded retraining programs, designing learning processes, developing teaching materials, and preparing candidates for certifications. The company focuses on targeted competence building in digital tools using the latest learning methods and coaching.

Requirements

• Degree as a computer scientist (m/f/d), computer scientist (BA) (m/f/d) or IT training with pedagogical additional qualification or a comparable qualification
• Experience as a trainer is an advantage
• Knowledge of video presence teaching is optional
• Knowledge in: M365, Windows 11, Windows Server 20XX, Exchange Server/365, Linux, network technology and management, IT security
• A pedagogical aptitude certificate (AEVO) is desirable, but not mandatory
• Fluent German skills (C1)
• English skills in word and writing are an advantage
