Job Description
LUV Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their growing team. This role will manage all aspects of daily carwash operations, including employee management, facility maintenance, inventory control, and customer service. The company operates in multiple states, including California, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, with over 70 locations.
Requirements
- Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles.
- Perform cleaning of facility.
- Monitor inventory and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Assist with Recruiting and team development.
