Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution
• Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI
• Knowledge of market research and consumer trends
• Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects
• Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences
• Proficient with Digital Marketing Tools & Microsoft Office tools
