The Manufacturing Supervisor leads daily fabrication operations, sets clear expectations, and oversees department personnel to ensure consistent achievement of production goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Ten years of experience in the manufacturing
- Ability to use shop math, project leadership capabilities, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to mediate interpersonal disputes, manage complex schedules, and understand manufacturing processes
- Advanced PC skills, experience with calipers and micrometers, experience with CAD, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to clearly communicate information received in both written and verbal forms
