Requirements

• Leading and executing repairs, installations, assemblies, and tests on high-complexity machines and equipment
• Implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
• Serving as the primary technical specialist in the analysis of complex and recurrent failures
• Performing inspections, diagnoses, and audits on electrical systems and equipment
• Designing, implementing, and commissioning solutions for complete repairs and replacements in electrical systems
• Mentoring, training, and developing the maintenance team
• Strategically collaborating with engineering, production, and other areas
• Managing the detailed registration of all work performed
