Senior Transmission Project Manager

LUZCO is an award-winning, woman-owned, minority-owned boutique engineering firm looking for a Senior Transmission Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of high-voltage transmission line or substation project management experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of high-voltage transmission line or substation project management experience.
• Project management experience must include the construction phase of project execution.
• In-depth knowledge of substations and/or transmission lines, with the ability to articulate this understanding clearly.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contacts on project-related matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for projects within a 1-3 hour radius from the reporting location.
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company’s vehicle driving privileges.
