Luzmo is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to bring structure, speed, and entrepreneurial energy to our marketing engine. This individual contributor role involves owning outcomes, coordinating work across the team, and keeping marketing operations running with clarity and precision.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, project management, or a hybrid execution role.
- Strong, proven hands-on expertise in both paid marketing and content, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to create, edit, and improve marketing content directly.
- Experience coordinating SEO, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and multi-step marketing projects across teams.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, adaptable, resourceful, with a strong bias for action.
- Excellent project management capabilities, planning, prioritization, timeline ownership, and follow-through.
- Analytical, structured, and process-driven, you enjoy creating clarity and turning complexity into organized execution.
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, RevOps, and Growth stakeholders.
