Lyka has experienced significant growth and is seeking a Senior Customer Insights Manager to supercharge understanding of customers through research and analysis.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in qualitative research, market research, user research, or consumer insights
- Demonstrated ability to influence product, brand, and marketing decisions through clear insights
- Deep experience in qualitative methods (interviews, ethnography, diary studies) and survey design
- Familiarity with frameworks like Kano, pricing sensitivity testing, or conjoint analysis
- Excellent collaboration and coaching skills
- Bias toward action, clarity, and making insights matter
- Natural translator who can make data legible to the business
