Lyra Health is seeking an experienced counsellor to work as an EAP Case Manager in a remote role. The role involves providing mental health support to employees and their dependants, containing risk, and managing cases. The ideal candidate will have a Master's level counselling qualification, current registration or accreditation, and at least 3 years of experience in therapeutic delivery.
Requirements
- Provide the first point of contact for service users accessing EAP/Mental Health service
- Support and contain service users in the moment with brief goal-focused therapeutic support and psychoeducation
- Complete brief clinical assessment to determine service user needs
- Conduct robust risk assessments and implement risk management plans as required
- Accurately capture all information on the clinical database pertinent to the clinical management of the case
- Adhere to all clinical and operational protocols, standards, service levels and procedures
- Work collaboratively with global clinical teams
- Liaise with affiliate clinicians for appointments and case updates as required
- Contribute to service and business development as required
