Job Description
As a Sr. Associate, Legal Operations, you will be instrumental in supporting the department's expanding operations and furthering Lyra’s mission to provide mental health solutions to employers nationwide. You will be responsible for building scalable processes that enhance the efficiency and operational excellence of the commercial contracting team and the broader legal department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, and business operations
- Proficiency with legal management tools, specifically in areas such as Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM), supplier/procurement software, and CRM systems
- Demonstrated technical aptitude, including the ability to rapidly master and maintain new software and technology, and effectively communicate technical support to users
