Billing Specialist - US Operations

We are seeking a Billing Specialist to manage the complete billing cycle for US operations, from data entry to invoicing and handling collections. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and understanding of billing workflows in a logistics or operations environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in billing, AR, or finance operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
• Familiar with QuickBooks, TMS (Transportation Management System), or similar ERP tools.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and time management.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
