Requirements

• Proven track record in building and scaling customer success or support functions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong process orientation (SOP creation, scripting, scalable systems)
• Analytics-driven experience (NPS/CSAT, customer health reporting)
• Leadership experience (hiring, training, managing a growing team)
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive problem-solver
• Customer-first mindset balancing customer needs with business objectives
• Solar/energy industry experience is a plus
