Associate

We're looking for a motivated and thoughtful communicator to join our Marketing Communications practice as an Associate. As an Associate, you'll be responsible for behind-the-scenes account management, production and presentation of communications materials, and engaging in agency-wide initiatives. You'll work closely with senior staff and assist in the management and development of junior staff.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a communications or marketing setting
• Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech
• Excellent research, writing and editing skills
• Strategic and creative thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative and ability to proactively manage projects with minimal supervision
• Understanding of the health and medical landscape and communications practices
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive, energetic attitude; enthusiasm and dedication to exceptional work products
