Job Description
M+C Saatchi New Zealand is looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join our team and help deliver exceptional creative work across digital, social, motion and integrated channels.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in design roles within an agency or creative studio
- Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience designing for digital platforms including social, banners, motion and digital OOH
- Working knowledge of digital design principles, typography and layout
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. MidJourney), with a genuine interest in how they enhance creative workflows
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, formats and deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas within a team
- A collaborative mindset and openness to learning, experimentation and feedback
