We are M&G Global Services Private Limited, a Global Capability Centre providing value adding services to the Group. We are seeking an Assistant Vice President - Client Reporting to lead the strategic evolution of the client reporting function.
Requirements
- 10–14 years of progressive experience in asset management or investment reporting
- At least 5-7 years in leadership roles within client reporting
- Deep expertise in investment products, reporting platforms, and data ecosystems
- Proven leadership in reporting transformation, automation, and regulatory change management
- Strong command of reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), scripting (VBA, Python), and data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Eagle, Aladdin)
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into scalable execution
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams
- Experience in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- High integrity, accountability, and commitment to governance and compliance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
- Certifications like CFA, FRM, or IOC preferred
