Job Description
M&G is seeking a Finance Change & Data Lead - Senior Accountant to drive strategic finance transformation initiatives and ensure robust data governance across Finance & Actuarial (F&A) systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or near-qualified with 8+ years of significant relevant experience
- Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting processes, and system change projects
- Strong understanding of data management and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Tagetik, SAP Business Object(s))
- Excellent technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
