Job Description
M/I Homes, a leading homebuilder with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Junior Underwriter to support the review of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan applications and related documents. The role involves administrative tasks, research, and communication with team members. It's a full-time, on-site position.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in specialized training from a two-year college or technical school.
- Knowledge and understanding of mortgage underwriting terminology and guidelines.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
