Job Description
M/I Homes is a leading provider of new homes in the United States. They are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to assist with the sales process, learn valuable sales and marketing techniques, and assist with homeownership opportunities. The role involves customer service, community upkeep, and competition analysis.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in specialized training
- Retail sales experience
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Real Estate license required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
