Job Description
M-KOPA is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead talent development and management within Kenya, their largest and most strategic market. This role will focus on scaling operations to support 10 million customers, contributing to diversity goals, and building scalable people systems for growth across Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Uganda. The organization has grown significantly, creating over 2,300 employees and generating over $2 billion in credit.
