Job Description
MAAC, a non-profit organization focused on self-sufficiency and economic stability, is seeking an Associate Director of Engagement and Economic Mobility. This role involves leading regional grant operations, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring effective program implementation. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience
- Experience in nonprofit, workforce development, economic mobility, community engagement, or volunteer coordination
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
