Requirements

• 20+ years of experience with U.S. Navy ships and shipboard systems in new construction, acquisition, production, and life cycle sustainment
• Hands-on experience in a Naval shipyard production facility environment
• Familiarity with Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP) and U.S. Navy command processes for inspection and acceptance of new construction ships
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Navy standards and best practices for program management and shipboard configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to engage with foreign military officers in a diplomatic and professional manner
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to large groups
• Prior program/production management experience with Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) or Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) programs
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) management and security cooperation experience
