Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Designer to independently execute detailed designs for complex steel and/or concrete structures. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in TEKLA software, in-depth knowledge of Detailing for Steel Construction, and strong understanding of engineering deliverables.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance
- Valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card
- Completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in TEKLA software
- In-depth knowledge of Detailing for Steel Construction and ACI Detailing Manual SPI-66
- Strong understanding of engineering deliverables and construction methods
- Familiarity with project environment and work processes of other disciplines and departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office automation tools
- Broad knowledge of structural engineering design principles
