This hands-on leadership role involves building and maintaining a scalable data source, mentoring engineers, and aligning data capabilities with business goals. Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in leading and developing Data Engineering teams.
- Strong technical skills in data ingestion, processing, and modelling.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in Cloud-based Data solutions (Databricks and AWS).
- Strong understanding of Dimensional Modelling and Slowly Changing Dimensions.
