The Senior People Partner is a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and executives, partnering closely with client groups to shape and deliver people strategy that enables Mable’s growth, performance and culture at scale.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in senior HR generalist or People Partner roles
- Strong capability in performance management and employee relations
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and HR policies
- Proven experience advising and coaching people managers on conduct, performance and employee concerns
- Experience designing, improving and embedding people processes, policies and programs
- Comfortable operating autonomously while partnering closely with leaders and the People team
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Well developed organisational and analytical skills
