Director of Knowledge, Records, and Information Management

The Director of Knowledge, Records, and Information Management will lead the evolution of MacArthur's knowledge sharing and learning culture, developing operational pathways and structures to leverage and access the Foundation's information and data assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the records, information and knowledge management fields
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in information/library science, business administration, or related discipline
• Extensive experience leveraging advanced information and knowledge management tools, systems and technology
• Adept at organizational change and a proven track record of inspiring people to adopt new ways of thinking and working
• Minimum of five years of Staff managerial experience in related field
