Job Description
MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, providing high-level support to enhance their leadership abilities and drive business forward.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in providing senior-level executive support
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration platforms
