Supply Chain Specialist

Mach Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support purchasing activities within a defense technology company focused on autonomous defense platforms. The role focuses on executing procurement tasks, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production and engineering programs. This is a critical role ensuring supply continuity and contributing to the broader objectives of the supply chain team.

Requirements

• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system.
• Track and update PO status, ensuring suppliers acknowledge, confirm, and deliver orders on time.
• Execute order management activities including reschedules, cancellations, and expedite requests.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier communications.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and vendor master data.
• Participate in continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
