Requirements
- Extensive Product Management experience in a high-tech org delivering complex software products
- Strong ability to manage trade-offs between short-term wins and long-term strategy
- Experience working with operations or domain-expert teams to ensure product-market fit
- Strong background in partnering with Design teams and applying UX best practices
- Demonstrated success in leading software delivery, either as a Product Manager or Engineer
- Initiative and ownership – you drive projects from vision to prototype to design to execution
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills
- High curiosity and the ability to ask probing questions
