Precast Concrete Sales Representative

Mack Industries is seeking a Precast Concrete Sales Representative to carry out sales activities for assigned accounts in Ohio and Indiana. The role involves generating leads, developing client relationships, conducting product presentations, and preparing sales orders. Regular travel within Western Ohio and Eastern Indiana is required.

Requirements

• Generate and qualify leads for precast concrete and small commercial sales
• Source and develop client referrals with general contractors
• Develop, maintain and grow customer database
• Make in-person and phone sales calls to existing and new clients
• Develop and make presentations of company products, innovative technology and services to current and potential customers
• Prepare and present sales orders
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings and blueprints
• Conduct in-field product training
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• Monitor competitor, market conditions and product development
• Time management skills
