Registered Nurse - MRHH Hemodialysis

This RN position at Mackenzie Health, specifically at the Main Site in Richmond Hill and potentially at the Vaughan or Oak Ridge satellite sites, will focus on providing holistic, quality, and safe care to patients within the scope of practice. The role requires strong clinical skills, patient-centered care, and collaboration with the interprofessional team. It offers the potential for independent work and on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Current Certificate of Registration in the General Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Proven clinical experience with patient-focused care
• Experience working with electronic medical records
• Familiarity with the Regulated Health Professions Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, and the Standards of Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
• Proven attendance record
• Demonstrates understanding and compliance with patient and staff safety policies and procedures
• Ability to perform essential duties of the job
