Job Description
The Shift Manager is responsible for the overall Hospital operation of program/services, providing ongoing support to front line staff after regular business hours. This involves managing patient care activities, resource allocation, and resolving patient flow issues. They contribute to staff development and ensure a safe and inclusive environment. A highly visible presence throughout the facility is expected.
Requirements
- Member of a Regulated Health Profession
- Three to five years’ experience in an acute care clinical leadership role
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent
