Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
- Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program
