The MacLean-Fogg Manufacturing Management Program (MMP) is a rigorous two-year leadership development program designed to prepare recent graduates for impactful careers in manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field (completed within the last 12 months)
- Less than one year of full-time, post-graduate professional work experience at the start of the program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership through internships, student orgs, or project teams
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Agile mindset with creativity and problem-solving focus
