Setup Technician III is responsible for the installation, calibration, and advanced troubleshooting of complex machinery, ensuring peak performance and alignment with production goals.

Requirements

• Lead the installation, setup, and calibration of plastic processing machines and equipment
• Perform visual quality checks and monitor press cycle times
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on critical equipment issues
• Implement corrective actions and lead preventive maintenance efforts
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines
