Sorting Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

As an Operator for the Sorting Machine is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the sorting machinery to ensure efficient and accurate sorting of products.

Requirements

• Start up, operate, and shut down sorting machines in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Observe machine operations to ensure the quality and efficiency of product sorting.
• Inspect sorted products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately record production data, including the quantity of sorted products, machine malfunctions, and downtime.
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
