Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and customer service focus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
